Offered in person or virtually, in our Somatic Wellness Coaching sessions we work with clients to explore their somatic experiences, helping them tune into their bodily sensations, movements, and patterns and its connection to their mental and emotional wellness. This may involve various somatic exercises, such as yoga, breathwork, mindfulness practices, and body scans, designed to deepen the connection between mind and body and empower clients with tools to help ease anxiety, reduce stress and cope with powerful emotions.

Your teacher will assist you feeling comfortable in group classes and even help you work towards even your loftiest yoga goals. This way, you can break through fears or a plateau and take your yoga practice to the next level.
Breathwork sessions are a healing modality that uses controlled breathing patterns to move a person into a deep state of consciousness where emotional and physiological well-being can arise. In the semi-altered state of deep breathing, one is able to more readily bypass the conscious mind and access deeper layers of emotion, while simultaneously shifting the nervous system.
Our breathwork guide provides skillful support so that the participant remains connected to themselves and in charge of the session at all times. This can be a transformative way to quickly move stuck energy and tap into deeply intuitive states while also staying grounded in the body. With thinking mind quieted, the breathwork experience guides a person towards an intuitive inner knowing.
