Classes are based on the principles of EMPOWERMENT FLOW®, developed from the lived experience of our owner, Kali Anne, who with 30 years of yoga instruction expertise, teaches that we are our own guides, and that if we listen closely, our hearts will lead the way in our yoga practice and in our lives.
A practice designed to bring balance, strength, and flexibility to both body and mind inspired by the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, this style of yoga emphasizes proper alignment, alignment-focused postures, and the use of props (like blocks, straps, and blankets) to help you achieve deeper poses with precision and increase the depth of your practice.All levels are welcome. 1 hour.
Offered in 6 week segments, our teachers introduce the principles of EMPOWERMENT FLOW with fundamental flows and poses, breathing techniques (pranayama), alignment, modifications and relaxation practices in a safe and supportive environment, building a foundation for a more confident yoga practice wherein students learn to trust their inner wisdom. This core-centric class a dynamic practice that combines vinyasa flow with a focus on strengthening the core muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing balance, incorporating traditional yoga poses, calisthenics and pilates exercises. All levels are welcome. 1 hour.
A dynamic vinyasa-style practice where students are encouraged to trust their inner guidance and wisdom while surfing their edge. With a blend of dynamic sun salutes, standing, balancing and seated postures, core work, and safe inversions, appropriate modifications and variations will be offered to meet all needs. Foundations is carefully curated for the new yoga practitioner or those who want to get back to the "basics." This class will offer an introduction to EMPOWERMENT FLOW ® through the sun salutations, with emphasis on incorporating the breath into the practice. Fundamentals of alignment and various modificatioocus on the principles of alignment and begin to introduce breathwork. Classes will improve balance, strength, flexibility and proprioception (body awareness). All levels are welcome. 1 hour.
A condensed version of our Foundations class so you can get your fit your practice into your busy schedule! All levels are welcome. 45 minutes.
Combining the strong Yang energy of Vinyasa through a series of slower, intentional flows with the softer, calming depth of Yin yoga through held postures that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine., this blissful class will leave feeling open and relaxed. As Sunday is a day of rest in many spiritual traditions, so we honor this practice with a slower, gentler class, integrating mostly seated and floor postures, including longer yin holds and restorative props. Guided meditation and breathing techniques help quiet the mind and soothe our somtimes stressed our nervous system, bringing a greater sense of balance to students. All students are welcome and will benefit, even the most vigourous vinyasa practitioners.

This invigorating EMPOWERMENT FLOW class synchronizes breath with movement incorporating dynamic flows, standing, seated, back bending, and inverted postures to increase strength and endurance in gentle warmth to increase circulation and sweat out toxins. Offered in person or virtually, in our Somatic Wellness Coaching sessions we work with clients to explore their somatic experiences, helping them tune into their bodily sensations, movements, and patterns and its connection to their mental and emotional wellness. This may involve various somatic exercises, such as yoga, breathwork, mindfulness practices, and body scans, designed to deepen the connection between mind and body and empower clients with tools to help ease anxiety, reduce stress and cope with powerful emotions.
