When we have enough life force energy flowing through the energetic pathways both within and around the body, and the flow is smooth and unerupted, we experience a state of health and well-being in all aspects of life: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. If the flow of Ki gets interrupted for reasons such as stress, trauma, unhealthy habits, etc., we are more prone to experience discomfort or disease.
Our work together alloes healing energy to travel through our energy pathways and opens up any blockages, allowing the life force to freely flow once again. Our bodies have the innate capability of self-healing and Reiki empowers the body to heal itself.

Breathwork is a healing modality that uses controlled breathing patterns to move a person into a deep state of consciousness where emotional and physiological well-being can arise. In the semi-altered state of deep breathing, one is able to more readily bypass the conscious mind and access deeper layers of emotion, while simultaneously shifting the nervous system.
Our breathwork guide provides skillful support so that the participant remains connected to themselves and in charge of the session at all times. This can be a transformative way to quickly move stuck energy and tap into deeply intuitive states while also staying grounded in the body. With thinking mind quieted, the breathwork experience guides a person towards an intuitive inner knowing. The Breathwork Guide is there to hold a supportive container of a safe and brave space for the healing process to unfold.
